  • How do I secure an apartment?
    Submit your deposit, your completed application and a parent/guardian guarantee.

  • Is there an application fee?
    No.

  • Where can I get an Application or Parent/Guardian guarantee?
    They are available on our homepage. Or you can pick one up at our Main Office.

  • Where can I get a copy of the lease?
    Blank leases are available upon request in the leasing office.

  • How long are your leases?
    From August to August.

  • What is the rent payment schedule?
    Standard procedure is payments from June to May with lease dates from August to August. Ask the rental office for the payment schedule for lease dates other than August to August.

  • Do you accept credit cards?
    Yes, but only if the payment is made online. Click here to pay online.

  • Do you offer individual leases?
    Yes, but for 3 and 4 bedroom options only. Contact the rental
    office for more details.

  • Do you allow subletting?
    Yes. The process can be explained by our trained staff.

  • How do you get off a lease?
    Find a qualified person that your roomates accept, and contact the office
    for further instructions.

  • Do you allow pets?
    No pets are allowed on the property.

  • Do you accept credit cards?
    Yes, but only if the payment is made online. Link to

  • What do I do if I have a problem after hours?
    Real emergencies can call the emergency line for assistance.
    Real emergencies consist of: No heat, No hot water, Water leaks, Security issues, Lock outs(at tenants expense)

  • Do you accept cash?
    No, but we accept check, money order and online payments.

  • Do you offer individual leases?
    Yes, but only for 3 and 4 bedroom options.

  • Do you tow in your lots?
    Yes. Tenants have parking stickers and guest passes are available in the
    leasing office during normal office hours.
