Nothing. It is included in your rent.

Where can I get a copy of the lease?
Blank leases are available upon request in the leasing office.

All units are available for August occupancy.

No, but we accept cash, check and money orders.

Standard procedure is payments from May to April. Lease dates from August to August.

Yes, but only for Stadium View I and Stadium View II.

Do you allow subletting?
Yes. The process can be explained by our trained staff.

How do you get off a lease?
Find a qualified person that your roomates accept, and contact the office
for further instructions.

Do you allow pets?
No pets are allowed on the property.

Do you tow in your lots?
Yes. Tenants have parking stickers and guest passes are available in the
leasing office during normal office hours.

What do I do if I have a problem after hours?
Real emergencies can call the emergency line for assistance.
Real emergencies consist of: No heat, No hot water, Water leaks, Security issues, Lock outs (at tenants expense)
