About Us

College Housing Group, Inc. (CHG) provides quality rental housing with an honest and
detailed approach. Our professionalism, and respect for others, has led to continued long
standing relationships with the local community and our tenants.

The owner of College Housing Group, Brad Rubeck, has been in the property management
business in DeKalb for nearly 20 years. CHG currently manages over 140 units and two
condominium associations.

The rental office is located at Stadium View II Apartments at 1315 W. Lincoln Highway,
Apt. 118. The office is open four days per week, and by appointment. We have a 24-hour
emergency line, and a great working relationship with numerous local contractors to react
promptly and professionally. Our staff is readily available to assist and serve our tenants.
Ryan Barton is the office manager, Bob Mylin is the maintenance manager, Jessica Chase
is the assistant manager and bookkeeper and Brad Rubeck is president and special projects
coordinator.
